微生物发酵生产饲用菌体蛋白的研究进展

摘要:

目前畜牧行业的迅猛发展以及饲料行业禁抗时代到来,以传统方式生产饲料蛋白已不能满足需要,生产新型蛋白饲料成为当务之急。随着经济的发展,城市垃圾、石油化工产品及副产品、工农业废弃物等大量堆积,利用微生物对这些物料进行发酵处理生产菌体蛋白应用于饲料,不仅对资源再生、环境保护有积极的促进作用,还能缓解我国饲料资源压力。文章主要综述了微生物生产饲用菌体蛋白的发展历程与现状、原料、生产工艺、常用微生物以及常见的问题与展望。

Abstract:

At present,with the rapid development of animal husbandry industry and the arrival of the era of antidrug prohibition in feed industry,the traditional production of feed protein can not meet the needs,and the production of new protein feed has become an urgent task.With the development of economy,a large number of municipal solid waste,petrochemical products and by-products,industrial and agricultural wastes,etc.,are piled up.The fermentation of these materials by microorganisms to produce bacterial proteins can not only promote resource regeneration and environmental protection,but also relieve the pressure of feed resources in China.In this paper,the development history and status quo,raw materials,production technology,common microorganisms and common problems and prospects of microbial production of feed bacterial protein were reviewed.
