精氨酸的生理功能及其在鱼类营养中的研究进展

摘要:

精氨酸是一种α-氨基酸,学名2-氨基-5-胍基戊酸,为鱼类生长代谢过程所必需的氨基酸。精氨酸具有促进机体细胞增殖、参与机体蛋白质合成、提高动物生长性能、增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力等生理功能。文章简要综述了精氨酸对鱼类生长、营养代谢、肠道发育、免疫和抗氧化的调控作用,以期为精氨酸在鱼类饲料中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:

Arginine is a kind of α-amino acid, scientific name 2-amino-5-guanidinovalic acid, it is an essential amino acid for the growth and metabolism of fish. Arginine has a variety of activities in the body, including promoting cell proliferation, participating in protein synthesis, improving animal development performance, enhancing body immunity and antioxidant capacity etc. The effects of arginine on fish growth, nutritional composition, intestinal development, immunology, and antioxidant activity were studied in this research in order to provide a useful reference for fish producers.
