大豆生物活性肽对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋白质代谢的影响及调控机理Modulating Mechanism of Soybean Bioactive Peptides on Performance and Protein Metabolism in Laying Hens

摘要(Abstract):
本试验采用296日龄健康罗曼商品蛋鸡189只,随机分成3组,在相同基础日粮中添加0、120、180mg/kg大豆生物活性肽,试验期为4周。结果表明:添加大豆肽可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率和饲料转化效率(P<0.05);血浆谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性显著提高(P<0.01),总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)有提高的趋势(P>0.05),尿酸含量显著下降(P<0.05),血糖含量显著上升(P<0.05);血浆甲状腺激素(T3/T4)、胰岛素水平显著上升(P<0.05),胰高血糖素水平显著下降(P<0.05)。试验表明,大豆生物活性肽可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋白质代谢。
