甲壳素在中华鳖养殖中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、0.3%、0.6%、1.2%的甲壳素,用其饲养中华鳖31d后,测定中华鳖增重率、成活率及血清中溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性。结果表明,添加0.6%的甲壳素能显著促进中华鳖的生长和非特异性的免疫能力。
