酵母硒对肠道健康的调节机理及其应用于猪生产的研究进展Research Progress on Selenium Yeast in The Regulation of Animal Intestinal Health and Its Application in Pig Production

摘要(Abstract):
酵母硒是一种有机硒补充剂,具有抗氧化、增强免疫、抗癌、保护肝脏等多种生物学功能。近年来研究表明,酵母硒作为饲料添加剂能够提高动物肠道抗氧化能力、维持肠道屏障完整性,调节免疫和微生物菌群。文章总结了酵母硒调节动物肠道健康的功能及作用机理,并对其在猪生产中的应用进行综述,以期为酵母硒在改善动物肠道健康方面的基础研究和富硒猪肉的生产应用提供参考依据。
